**Job Summary**
As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing product listings, processing customer orders, and maintaining our commitment to excellence. You'll collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment. **Responsibilities**
* **Product Listing Management**: Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and product images.
* **Order Processing**: Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed. You'll work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
* **Inventory Management**: Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling. You'll work closely with our inventory team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
* **Customer Service**: Provide light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* **Data Entry Standards**: Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records. You'll work closely with our data team to ensure accurate data entry.
* **Best Practices**: Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective processes.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Experience with Shopify**: Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
* **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience with E-commerce Platforms**: Experience with other e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or WooCommerce.
* **Inventory Management**: Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
* **Customer Service**: Experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
* **Data Analysis**: Experience with data analysis and reporting.
