Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Management Operations Data Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a strategic thinker and expert communicator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, or cost-benefit analysis to identify data and system problems that affect reporting and analytical deliverables
• Design and create data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to present complex data insights to stakeholders
• Develop high-quality practices and methodologies to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
• Create and optimize processes for data analysis and reporting for internal and external customers
• Provide subject matter expertise in data extraction, collection, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources
• Develop streamlined data blending and data manipulation workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
• Support the Supply Chain Management Department and internal customers by providing reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and application development
• Collaborate with team members and across Supply Chain Management on strategic projects to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced-level experience in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments
• Proven expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Architecture
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Stakeholders' needs and ability to adapt approach accordingly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate data sharing among External Customers and SCM

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields
• Experience with management of large data sets (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent knowledge of ETL functionality)
• Experience leading medium-scale corporate projects
