- Engaging with internal and external clients to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients, utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of Client support, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong client care skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
