Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
- At least 3 years of work experience, with store insight and/or ASDS experience preferred
- Strong quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis
- Experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management
- Solid problem-solving skills and strong operational, retail, and/or field knowledge
