**Your Role**
As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital part of our team, working remotely in North Carolina to provide exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide answers and resolutions to their issues, and deliver compassionate and empathetic service that exceeds their expectations.
**What You'll Be Doing**
* Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
* Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
* High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset that meets our technical requirements)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily login
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
* Integrity and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
