**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
