Key Responsibilities
As a JD Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You'll be the face of our brand, and we expect you to deliver exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
