About the Role
We are looking for an IT Apprentice who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking (CCNA preferred) and experience or coursework in asset management. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist in resolving user queries and ensure timely escalation of complex issues.

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Support network monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Participate in implementing network security measures.
- Asset Management:
- Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software).
- Assist in documenting asset management processes.
- Support the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Learning and Development:

- Collaborate with team members on projects to gain practical experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with asset management practices and tools.
- Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and common applications.
