Key Responsibilities
- Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Generate labels for dispensing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Answer phones and respond to order inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Clarify orders as needed, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OH Board of Pharmacy
