Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, patient information, and medical records, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, including verifying patient information, medication orders, and dosages, and collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed
- Provide exceptional patient experiences by responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and understanding

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in healthcare principles and practices
- Current pharmacy licensure in the state(s) within the region, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy operations and patient services
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations, and a commitment to compliance and safety
- Certified Immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on self-motivation, discipline, and time management
