- Epic Software experience is highly preferred, as you will be working with this system to manage patient records and billing information.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus, as you will be interacting with patients and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Must have worked in a call center and have experience in Medical Claims and/or Insurance, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and procedures.
- Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent, and complete a drug screen testing (including testing for THC).
- Must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed and be able to hardwire via Ethernet cable.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, and have a dedicated workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer.
