We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Recruiter to join our team, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Hiring: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles, ensuring that we attract the best talent in the industry.
- Team Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative environment and aligning our recruitment efforts with the company's growth objectives.
- Strategy Development: Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that support our scaling needs.

- Reporting & Analytics: Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to management, enabling informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Hands-on Experience: 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, including senior and executive-level hiring, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a recruitment team, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational and Coordinating Skills: Strong organizational and coordinating skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Knowledge: At least B2 level in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and Solutions-Driven Mindset: A proactive and solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to think critically, approach challenges with creativity, and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Experience in Recruitment Technology: Familiarity with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Metrics and Analytics: Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform recruitment strategies.
