As a Remote High Volume Recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating full-cycle recruitment, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring that hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope open positions and determine the characteristics of successful candidates for hiring teams.
- Proactively identify top talent using multiple strategies, including online databases, social media, Boolean searches, and complex internet searches.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Foster strong working relationships with community organizations and team members to ensure successful partnerships.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring satisfaction for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Utilize social media platforms to attract passive candidates and promote job opportunities.
- Complete daily and weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for regular and temporary full-time positions, ensuring compliance with Maximus's policies and procedures.
- Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job requisitions and identify top talent.
- Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and evaluations, referring qualified applicants to hiring managers.
- Provide employment recommendations based on comprehensive candidate assessments, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation.
- Coordinate and participate in the final candidate selection process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage or coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires are equipped for success.
- Maintain the internal applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with OFCCP guidelines and accurate reporting.
- Advise on staffing needs and projections, recommending actions to fill positions and drive business growth.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Strong ability to communicate complex or sensitive issues effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Avature ATS preferred.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., YCBM, Calendly, Scheduler Assistant) is preferred.
- Government contracting industry recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote environment.
