Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Data Entry and E-Commerce Analytics Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our E-Commerce Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital platforms by providing ongoing reporting and analysis, leveraging all web and app metrics and errors analysis data to offer transparency and optimize our digital structures. Key Responsibilities
- Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth across E-Commerce, Acquisition, and Retention
- Develop and maintain dashboards, control reports, and other visualizations to impact key business decisions and prioritization within the Product Organization
- Leverage a variety of reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings
- Conduct error analysis of all digital products and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, and Revenue Management teams to deepen the team's collective skillset and enhance overall performance around E-Commerce and all Digital Products
- Lead change across the organization by improving directly owned processes and taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Inclined to solve problems, own resolutions, and step up in leadership vacuums
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics Certifications are highly preferred
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Knowledge of coding and design best practices is a plus
- Experience in Azure Dev Ops is a plus
Skills and Competencies
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 preferred
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with other reporting and errors analysis tools, including Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience setting up processes in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal responsibility regarding decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
