As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our product. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support via email, live chat, and proactive outreach. You will become an expert in all aspects of our platform, guiding customers on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Previous experience in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product is essential, along with a career focus on Customer Success.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of €23,000 - €34,000 based on experience and performance, plus Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). Additional benefits include paid parental leave, a learning and development budget, and a remote working budget.
