Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will be part of our Digital Analytics & Customer Research Team, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting customer satisfaction tracking data analysis to identify trends and drivers of customer loyalty
- Designing and implementing ad-hoc research studies to meet the needs of internal customers, including online surveys, airport intercepts, usability studies, and focus groups
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and analytical reports to present key insights and recommendations to leadership and internal customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple sources of customer interaction data and provide a holistic view of the customer experience
- Managing study vendors and ensuring that all research projects are conducted in accordance with our holistic approach
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or social sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, customer research, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to executive-level audiences
- Experience with data analysis software, such as SPSS, and online survey tools, such as Qualtrics or Medallia
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- A Master's degree in marketing, marketing research, or social sciences
- Experience with feedback management systems and moderator experience
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
