Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences, building scalable systems and processes, and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for learning and a knack for timely responses, we want to hear from you.

We offer a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best. Our standard working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time), and we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
