Key Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer support through our Basecamp project management system, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform administrative tasks, including graphic design on Canva or similar platforms, report preparation, and SEO blog proofreading and editing
• Assist our CEO with various responsibilities, including admin work, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
• Coordinate tasks and projects with our team members, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Requirements

• Based in the Philippines
• Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of Facebook ad campaigns and management
• Google Ads experience, with knowledge of Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns (Google certification is a plus)
• Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and minimal downtime
