About the Role: Making a Difference from Home

As a Work at Home Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, using a call flow guide to answer questions and resolve issues
• Assist customers by offering additional products and/or services, upselling, and cross-selling as appropriate
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless issue resolution
• Provide basic customer service support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Build client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology

Who We're Looking For: Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of skills, including:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
• Talent for delivering outstanding service and a passion for helping others
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• High-speed internet and a smartphone
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
• Knowledge of CRM software and database management
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software applications
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
