• Process trouble and outage orders, move in/out service, and assist with online account management

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Prior call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record
• Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
• Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• High-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 20 mbps
• Hardwired connection required, with no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots
• Camera requirements: cameras must be on during training and work hours, excluding breaks and lunches
