Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash transactions, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Make collection calls to customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve delinquent accounts

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and be available to work in both locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with collections experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services, title loans, or a related industry
