In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking guidance on health insurance options and enrollment processes. As a key member of our Customer Support Center (CSC) team, you will utilize our state-of-the-art eligibility and enrollment portal, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and other systems to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with CRM software and other systems.
