Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing suitable solutions and alternatives, such as refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
- Follow-up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Research and Provide Accurate Information: Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.
