Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center/customer service role (1-2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and customer management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday to Friday (hours can vary).
- 8:30am - 5:00pm range.
- $16.63 hourly - Paid Weekly.
