Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
- Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
- Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility
- Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant areas of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding
- Help create and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the cadence, and validating the necessity of the data requirements
- Identify irregularities in processes through audits/surveys and communicate findings to the team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
- Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
- May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, business administration, or a related field)
- Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be an independent self-starter

- Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework in a related field
- Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase
- Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications
