About the Role: Quality Assurance Nurse

The Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse position at Aleca Home Health is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to make a significant impact on patient care quality. As a QA Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical review of Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) documentation for Home Health, ensuring compliance with attending physician orders, plans of care, Medicare, Medicaid, accrediting bodies, and other federal and state rules and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality of patient care and contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered by the state(s) where you are currently practicing, or hold a multi-state compact RN or LPN license. While not required, having three years of experience in healthcare/home care and OASIS Certification in Home Health is highly preferred. These qualifications will not only enhance your application but also demonstrate your commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and your ability to navigate the complexities of home health regulations.
