Job Overview

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from your home in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain Time zones. As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative, you will serve as the advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a multi-channel environment, including calls, dual chats, and emails. You will be responsible for quickly and appropriately contacting college professionals, seeking to understand and identify the needs of providers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, be at least 18 years old, and have at least one year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns. You must also have experience with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a hourly range of $19.88 to $33.22 per hour, based on full-time employment.
