Our DTC team is responsible for overseeing the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses, bringing the best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere. As a key member of our Business Operations function, you will play a critical role in operating our growing Disney Direct-to-Consumer organization, focusing on strategic solution design, planning, program management, and execution of major business initiatives.
The Partner Operations team is tasked with executing global direct-to-consumer promotional offers through external partnerships, synergy efforts, and internal campaigns that support the growth and profitability of TWDC's DTC streaming services, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and the Disney Bundle. As a Promotional and Partner Operations Associate Manager, you will collaborate on the end-to-end management of promotions and promotional partnerships, assuming key operational tasks such as copy and creative assets management, ticketing engineering requirements, legal approval requests, and supporting the maintenance of source-of-truth briefs for internal and external campaigns and trackers for all campaigns in execution.

A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required. The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $78,200 to $104,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
