About the Role
The Project Manager - Customer Success will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects that aim to increase customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering successful customer satisfaction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior leadership
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that project deliverables meet their requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing risk management plans to minimize potential impacts
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that project management best practices are adopted and followed
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a customer-facing or customer-success role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering successful customer satisfaction projects, with a focus on improving customer outcomes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong collaborative mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile certification
