Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients across various age groups and fitness levels.
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching journey, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service and personalized care.
- Manage client care by maintaining accurate records, scheduling weekly appointments, and ensuring a best-in-class stretching experience.
- Ensure client safety by adhering to StretchLab's policies, safety rules, and proper stretch techniques.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and industry developments.
- Address member concerns and collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager on special events and sales initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is available and ready for client use.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:
- A prior certification, degree, or license from a nationally recognized organization or university in a relevant field such as kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, personal training, athletic training, strength and conditioning coaching, or physical therapy assistance.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a fitness or health environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, along with a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
- The ability to pass our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes 40 hours of online tutorials, a two-day workshop, and 20 hours of practical training.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of PNF stretching techniques or willingness to learn.
