In this role, you will be liable for the execution of medical services methodologies and driving patient wellbeing results. You will execute patient intervention pharmacy programs, ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing pharmacy projects to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting, cultivating strong relationships with clinical communities, and serving as a representative and contact for the organization.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a current Pharmacist license as conceded by the appropriate state licensing authority. You should also have experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues, working with confidential information, and using time utilization skills. Additionally, you must be able to work non-standard hours, travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, and have experience providing client service to internal and external clients.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and provide a sounding board for pharmacy concerns. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
