Key Responsibilities

- Handle Inquiries and Concerns: Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards, while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Educate Card Members: Proactively educate card members on American Express products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience and increase product utilization.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
