Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sharing shareholder communications through inbound, outbound, and email responses
• Engaging with clients in a contested proxy meeting, addressing concerns and providing accurate information
• Directing clients on where to vote and providing support and guidance as needed
• Utilizing an autodialer to make approximately 240 outbound calls per 8-hour shift, with a goal of 30 calls per hour
• Leaving voicemails and following up with clients as required
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives

Work Schedule and Requirements

This part-time position requires a commitment of approximately 26 hours per week, with a schedule of 6pm-11pm EST, Monday to Thursday, and Saturday from 12pm-6pm EST. All hours are in EST time. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection, and the following equipment:

• MacBook or Windows (10 or 11)
• Wired headset
• A second monitor
• Internet speed of 50 upload/10 download

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service, data entry, or related experience
