About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls and requests
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
