We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Care Customer Service Representative to work in our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team. As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely and efficient manner. This is a 100% remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as experience in the medical field and administrative record management. A strong customer service background is also essential, as you will be working directly with patients and providing exceptional service and support.
