Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting performance targets
- Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry or a related field
- Knowledge of lead and workflow management principles and practices
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCSP, CSP)
