Job Overview

As a part-time delivery driver at AutoZone, you'll be responsible for delivering parts to our commercial customers, picking up returns and cores, and maintaining a safe driving and working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient delivery of parts, and by providing expert advice and support to our commercial and DIY customers.
• Drive Delivery Vehicle: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading of parts.
• Pick Up Returns and Cores: Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Maintain a Safe Driving and Working Environment: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist DIY Customers: Provide expert advice and support to DIY customers in-store, helping them find the parts and products they need.
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies.
• Handle Cash and Charge Transactions: Process cash and charge transactions in accordance with company policy, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current promotions, products, and services through AutoZone systems and information resources, ensuring you can provide expert advice and support to customers.

Essential Qualifications
