Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to blithequark standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in customer support or technical service
- Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and soft drink fountain machines
