Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home, providing inbound customer support to our clients in both French and English. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to products and services such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services, including familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Offer additional products and services to customers as needed
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
- The ability to speak fluent French and English
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
