Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
Able to successfully pass a criminal background check, with a commitment to upholding the values and integrity of blithequark.
At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms, with a reliable and secure connection.
Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, with a quiet and distraction-free environment that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
