Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing but wonderful
• Learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and procedures

Requirements

• Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, using Google Chrome for optimal performance
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer
• Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends
• Available during the holiday season, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate changing business needs
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
