Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
- Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and communication skills.
