We are seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager (OCM) to join our team, focusing on software development implementations and adoptions. As an OCM Leader, you will leverage your expertise to create and execute change management strategies that maximize user adoption, engagement, and proficiency, while minimizing overall risk to achieve business results. This role requires previous experience working through IT changes, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, from executive to frontline workers. Although this position is remote-friendly, you must be based in Omaha, NE, as we operate a hybrid office model, and relocation may be necessary.
