To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Operations Process Manager to join our team and drive process improvements that support the success of our stores and field operations.
In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to analyze complex problems, develop and implement process improvements, and manage day-to-day operations related to your areas of responsibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Operations Strategy Team, to drive major process improvement initiatives and provide input and resources to support the needs of our stores and field operations.
As an Operations Process Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
As a leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for directing and indirect reports, typically including 2-5 Business Analysts. You will assign and review work, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure that your team is equipped to succeed in their roles. You will also be required to persuade or influence others, both within and outside of your team, to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
This role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, with most time spent sitting in a comfortable position and opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may be required to move or lift light articles.
You will be working in a comfortable indoor area, with any unpleasant conditions being infrequent and not objectionable. However, you will be under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and/or regularly deal with difficult situations, requiring strong time management and problem-solving skills.
