Job Summary
As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing-related questions, educating customers on our offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation, and troubleshooting system and hardware-related issues. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries.
- Educate customers and answer general questions about our supported software, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our services and capabilities.
- Reach out to customers to schedule installation of orders, coordinating with subcontractor technicians to ensure seamless execution.
- Perform standardized troubleshooting of user-reported issues with our supported software and hardware, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with our procedures and guidelines.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer interactions.

Requirements
Technical Skills
