Job Summary
We are hiring freelance English-speaking Media Search Analysts for a project aimed at enhancing the user experience of various Apple products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in internet research. This role offers the flexibility to work from home with flexible hours, allowing you to work in your own time whenever work is available.
Main Responsibilities
- Complete research and evaluation tasks in a web-based environment to improve Siri, Music App, Video App Store, and HomePod experiences.
- Work independently and demonstrate flexibility to new techniques and processes.
- Conduct thorough research and provide high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in online evaluations to demonstrate the ability to follow guidelines and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Full professional fluency in English: You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
- US Residency**: You must have been living in the US for at least 1 year.
- Apple Product Familiarity**: You must currently own an Apple Device and have an up-to-date Apple ID account primarily linked to your initial registration.
- Email Address**: You must have an email address associated with an Apple ID.
- Internet Connection**: You must have access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and necessary software (provided at your expense).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- High School Degree or Higher**: A high school degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Internet Research**: Experience with internet research and a keen interest in this area is preferred.
