Primary Responsibilities

Required Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have at least one year of inbound call center experience in a high-call volume atmosphere, where you have developed strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment.
