About the Role

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for answering questions, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or issues with products or services in a timely and professional manner
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer contacts, explaining possible solutions and alternatives in a clear and courteous way
• Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing tense situations with empathy and understanding
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
• Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Participate in training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of our company, products, and services
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Spanish language skills are preferred but not required)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive hand and wrist movements

Preferred Qualifications

• Troubleshooting technical skills, with experience in online gaming, sports betting, or iCasino platforms a plus
• Knowledge of multiple platforms and operating systems, with experience working in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
• Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
