About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily, and providing them with an unforgettable shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with our food program. Additionally, you will gain valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis, ensuring that our high standards for store appearance are maintained, and that our customers receive fast and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, operate the register, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead shifts on a regular basis, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain a high level of store appearance, working in various areas of the store to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and exceptional service
- Interact with customers daily, responding to their needs, and providing excellent customer care
- Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
- Come up with innovative ideas to solve problems, thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Table:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a motivation to advance in your career
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
