Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one in-person tutoring to students in grades K-8, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and learning style of each student

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area
Recent or current tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in a K-8 setting
Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Reliable vehicle for transportation, with a willingness to travel to different locations in Manassas, VA
Computer literacy, with the ability to use digital tools and resources to support student learning
Ability to commit to at least a semester, with a willingness to continue working with us long-term
Must be able to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students
